Our Promise to You
Every puppy leaves our home having received age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and a thorough health check from a licensed veterinarian. We do everything possible to ensure your puppy starts life on the right paw.
72-Hour Vet Check Window
We encourage you to take your new puppy to your veterinarian within 72 hours of bringing them home.

If your vet finds any serious health concern present before you received your puppy, please contact us right away with a written statement from your veterinarian.

In such a case, we will work with you to either exchange your puppy for another of equal value or provide a fair resolution that works for everyone.
One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
We offer a one-year guarantee against life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects that would greatly affect your puppy’s quality of life.

If a condition of this nature is confirmed by your veterinarian within the first year, and documented in writing, we will gladly offer a replacement puppy of equal value when available.
What’s Not Covered
As a small family breeder, we cannot cover minor, treatable, or common puppy issues such as:

Worms or parasites

Minor colds or kennel cough

Allergies or other non-life-threatening conditions
We also cannot be responsible for injuries, illnesses, or conditions caused by accidents, poor nutrition, or lack of proper veterinary care once the puppy is in your home.
Your Part as the New Family
To keep this guarantee valid, we ask that you:

Schedule your puppy’s vet check within 72 hours of arrival.
